Basalite · Pavers
Basalite Mission Paver is the standard rectangular workhorse of the Basalite range — a straightforward brick-format unit with a lightly tumbled face, and the most versatile paver on the list. Its clean, simple shape makes it suitable for driveways, patios, walkways, courtyards, and pool surrounds, and it is well suited to vehicular use.
Pattern flexibility is the main advantage of a single rectangular unit: it can be laid in running bond, herringbone, basketweave, or stack bond, so the same paver produces very different looks depending on the layout. Herringbone in particular provides the strongest interlock, which is why it's the standard choice for driveways and vehicular areas. The three colors — cool gray (Pacifica), warm tan (Carmel), and terracotta red (Mendocino) — are the same trio offered on Classic Paver and Universal Paver, so the three lines can be combined across a single property with consistent color.
As a simple rectangular unit, Mission Paver is typically among the more economical options, which makes it a common choice for large driveways and parking areas where square footage drives cost.
Because blended colors are difficult to judge accurately from a screen, we encourage customers to visit our Brentwood yard and see samples in person before making a final selection. Our team can help you compare Mission Paver with other Basalite lines and plan the right pattern for your application.
