Basalite · Pavers

Coordinating border 6x9 available. Also available in Charcoal.
Basalite Italian Renaissance is a tumbled, multi-size paver modeled on the worn stone of old-world Italian courtyards and piazzas — softened edges, a lightly weathered face, and a random multi-size layout so no unit size repeats predictably across the surface. The aged, established look makes it the natural choice for Mediterranean, Tuscan, and Spanish-style architecture, all common across the East Bay and Brentwood.
The color range spans warm terracotta-leaning blends through cool grays, so the same unit reads traditional or contemporary depending on color selection. Applications include patios, pool decks, driveways, courtyards, walkways, and outdoor kitchen surrounds. The multi-size pattern holds up on large areas where a single-size paver would look repetitive — one reason it appears in some of the larger installations shown in the gallery below.
Italian Renaissance also includes a coordinating border piece and permeable variants, making it one of the most versatile options in the Basalite catalog. A contrasting border visually defines the space and conceals cut edges at the perimeter, while the permeable variant allows the same old-world look in stormwater-compliant installations.
Because blended colors are difficult to judge accurately from a screen, we encourage customers to visit our Brentwood yard and see a sample in person before making a final selection. Our team can help you compare Italian Renaissance with other Basalite lines and coordinate paver, border, and wall colors for a cohesive hardscape design.
